Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DJ Requester ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who May Use the Service

DJ Requester is intended for DJs and event organizers who wish to collect song requests from their audiences, and for patrons who submit song requests at live events. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. DJ Events and Requests

DJs are responsible for the events they create and the content of song requests they accept. DJ Requester is not responsible for the music played at events or for requests submitted by patrons. Patrons submitting requests do so anonymously and DJ Requester is not a party to any agreement between DJs and their audiences.

Event fees are charged at the time of activation and are non-refundable once an event is live. Pro subscriptions are subject to Stripe's payment terms.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. DJ Requester does not store credit card numbers. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement . Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting hateful, abusive, or illegal content in song requests
• Attempting to spam or flood the request queue
• Using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Impersonating another DJ or event organizer

6. Termination

DJ Requester reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Active event fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DJ Requester does not guarantee the availability of the platform at any specific time or that requests will be fulfilled.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJ Requester's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to DJ Requester in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
